We have exciting opportunities available for energetic and enthusiastic Supervisors.
This is not an office job! Our Supervisors will be required to perform every task just like all Team Members and Managers. Apply only if you don't mind getting your hands dirty!
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Management team in supervising daily shifts in the restaurant by monitoring people, food safety, product and equipment in order to deliver outstanding customer service, quality food products and excellent workplace and food safety.
You will be passionate about fostering a positive culture within the restaurant– focused on exceptional customer service, working together, helping those in need and making Zambrero an enjoyable place to work.
During a shift you will demonstrate leadership by:
Setting the pace and communicating effectively to all team members on shift.
Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly and engaging at all times.
Following basic procedures in relation to uniforms, grooming and punctuality.
Establishing and maintaining commitment from Team Members and other Supervisors.
Actively contributing to the development and retention of all Team Members.
Developing, sharing knowledge and experience, and train Team Members.
Providing constructive feedback on all Team Member performance reviews.
Resolving customer enquiries promptly and with ease ensuring a positive outcome.
Follow all Zambrero’s security and safety procedures.
Recording and acting on any hazards identified.
Correctly implement and enforcing the Zambrero Food Safety Program.
Ensuring that all members of the team are following food safety procedures.
Properly executing, enforcing and managing sanitation requirements.
Ensure the appropriate and safe use of equipment during a shift.

Preferred: A current Food Safety training certificate - This certificate can be obtained during initial training if you do not currently hold one.
