Previous experience in a management role within a casual dining environment
A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a casual and fun culinary journey
Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends

About the Role
The Venue Manager role is responsible for the entire venue operations. The focus being building a positive restaurant culture and developing team member capability to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
People Management, recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
Having a proactive, and solution focused approach to improving guest satisfaction
Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
